Ferris Wheel Press – Shangri-La Hotels – Land of Shangri-La

Created in collaboration with Shangri-La Hotels Canada, known for their modern-Chinoiserie (a blend of Chinese and European) style, the Land of Shangri-La ink evokes a lavish feeling but with a modest foundation. The Hotel originally inspired by the Shangri-La – the mythical paradise of peace – from James Hilton’s book, Lost Horizon.  38 ml Golden Brown Base Color, Champagne Shimmer Best if used in Medium or broader nibs  Ferris Wheel Press is a Canadian based stationery company, well known for their beautifully and intricately designed packaging and rich fountain pen inks. Established on Kickstarter over a decade ago, they focus on creating products that can be cherished over a life time and hope to inspire creativity and whimsicality with everything they make, encouraging others to “Fall in love with writing again.”
